The Farm House , completely restyled in recent years, was once the mansion of the Hunting-keeper of the adjoining Bisticci Castle (1450), it is set in pleasant panoramic position, surrounded by olive-groves and by a forest of chestnut trees.
The apartments in characteristic Tuscan country style with cotto floors and beamed ceilings are endowed with TV, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and centralized heating but to autonomous management with production of warm water.
Bed linen is inclusive, for bath and for kitchen, dish and cooking utensils; the laundry is in common between the two apartments in central heating room..
Electricity and gas are to consumption for monthly rent, included for weekly rent.
Dogs are accepted if well behaved.

Apartment 1 - " Antico Camino " - Sleeps 4
Typical Tuscan apartment to the plain earth of the farm house with a threshing floor in stone in front of the entry, with gazebo, table, chairs, lay down, large sunshade and barbecue.
There are two rooms, a matrimonial with the walls restored with the ancient colors and the other with two unit able beds with wood raisings end eight hundred.
Both the rooms are endowed with taking Tv, first closets nine hundred, windows with dark with beautiful sight on the hills.
The bathroom is endowed with sink, bidet ,toilet in white porcelain and of shower with water-massage, locker and closet.

This apartment is located on the first floor, with enchanting sight on the Villa of Tower to Cona on one side, and on a foreshortening of the Valdarno from the other, is composed of two bedrooms, a matrimonial with iron capoletto beaten painting and first furniture nine hundred and a greater with three beds ( of which two are unit able) with wood raisings and first Tuscan furniture nine hundred.
The great bathroom has sanitary in grey porcelain (sink, bidet, toilet and tub with shower), that small toilet and sink.
