Hayesguesthouse is a family run Edwardian style guesthouse,built in 1902 and still retains many characters of this period. We are situated on the north east side of nuneaton close to Hartshill hayes country park.Our establishment is fire certificated and we have the benifit of wireless WiFi broardband internet connection.Our rooms have the benifit of T.Vand tea/coffee making facilities. Also provided is ample off road parking. your hosts Ray & Margo will make you feel welcome upon your arrival.Margo has acredited welcome host certification and has a personal touch when it comes to looking after our guests. Her motto is "come as a guest leave as a friend"

Hayesguesthouse has been run by Margo and Ray for almost 7 years. The property was built originally as quarry masters residence, which included the upper floor as servents quarters.Since purchasing the property it has been converted into a guesthouse whilst keeping as many original features as possible, to give a Edwardian feel to our establishment.
