La Rosière at a height of 1850 metres, is one of the higher alpine ski resorts, and offers sunshine, superb snow conditions and great skiing for all abilities.
All of our 26 bedrooms have en-suite facilities, and we can offer you twin, triple and four bedded rooms which are ideal for families. Many of our rooms have unobstructed south facing panoramic mountain views of Mount Pourri, Les Arcs and the valley towards Val d’Isére and Tignes.
The hotel is located at the entrance to La Rosière, only 350 metres from the main lifts and ski school meeting place, and for your convenience there is a free ski bus service every 15 minutes between 08:30 and 18:00 from just outside the front door. It is also possible to ski back to just opposite the hotel.
Whichever you need, half board or bed and breakfast accommodation, whether you come away as a group, with the family, or a break from the family, we will do our best to ensure that you have an enjoyable stay.
We offer a varied evening menu of home cooked traditional French dishes, such as Fondue and Tartiflette, and European dishes, served in our dining room with panoramic views.
Breakfast is a buffet, consisting of a selection of teas, coffee, hot chocolate, fruit juice, freshly baked bread, a choice of cereals, yoghurts, ham, cheese, and an assortment of confitures.
We also have a traditional cosy candle lit “à la carte” restaurant, open to non residents, and a residents bar, with pool table, serving beers, wines from the Savoie, soft drinks and teas and coffee.

The skiing area in La Rosière, linked to La Thuile in Italy is known as “Espace San Bernardo”, and includes over 150 kilometres of pistes. It is ideal for all abilities, whether skier or boarder, beginner or expert, and it has an excellent snow record. Ski pass prices are less expensive than in many other Tarentaise resorts.
For the more experienced skier, the trip to La Thuile, an original Italian resort, offers you the chance to sample the local cuisine. The views of the surrounding peaks, including Mont Blanc, are breathtaking.
The resort of La Rosière, at a height of 1850 metres, has a variety of shops, restaurants and bars, a cinema and fitness centre containing a sauna and jacuzzi.
Bourg Saint Maurice, 26 kilometres from La Rosiére, is serviced by weekly Eurostar and French national rail services.

Geneva 2.5 hours, Lyon 2.5 hours, Grenoble 2.5 hours, Chambery 1.5 hours and Turin (via the Frejus Tunnel) 3 hours.
