In the middle of the Orotava Valley, between los Realejos and la Orotava, in a very quiet area surrounded by vineyards, at a height of 690 meters above sea level, lays the rural house "Lirios del Valle" (Lilies of the valley). Instead of tourism you will rather find here flocks of goats.
At about 1 mile distance from the cottage youŽll find the small village Cruz Santa. There are located some bars, banks, shops and restaurants and means of public transportation.
5 minutes away is a typical "bodega" (wine cellar) and in 15 minutes you can visit a small Canarian restaurant. Not far from your holiday house is a grocery store. There you can do your shopping for a barbecue or an alfresco dinner on one of the spacious terraces with a beautiful view over the mountains and the Atlantic Ocean.
Only 3 kilometres from your cottage there are vast forests that invite for long walks. Beaches, both quiet and touristy are located at 10 kilometres distance.
