Description
The White Rose is a delightfully traditional Lakeland house that was built in 1817.
More than two hundred years later, Caroline and Kevin have renovated the interior of the house so that it now has 5 very pretty en-suite bedrooms.
Bedrooms 1, 2 and 5 have one double bed. Bedroom 3 has a double bed and a set of large bunk beds and can sleep up to four people. Bedroom 4 has a single bed and a double bed.
Bedrooms 4 and 5 are both on the second floor of the house with lovely open views of the surroundings.
After a good nights' sleep, enjoy our tasty traditional English breakfast in the lovely, sunny dining room.
With its perfect location for touring, the White Rose is a great base for enjoying what the beautiful English Lake District is famous for -fantastic views, delightful walks and a huge variety of scenery!!
There is a large selection of restaurants, pubs and cafes close to the White Rose, offering a really great selection of places to eat.
